OnTrac Service Levels*
Sunrise
Our mid-day service. Most Sunrise service shipments arrive before noon on Weekdays and 2 pm on Saturday.
Shipments to outlying areas arrive later in the day. See our ZIP Code
Guide, QuickRates or ZIPTools for more
details.
OnTrac Ground
Our most popular service. Ground shipments are delivered by end of day. The delivery time will vary based on a
route's other service commitments. OnTrac cannot schedule a specific delivery time window for day-definite
deliveries.
DirectPost by OnTrac
Our most cost-effective service. DirectPost by OnTrac offers USPS last-mile delivery for companies that ship
small, lightweight packages. DirectPost transit days are usually one day greater than
OnTrac Ground. Packages shipped within our serviced states, but outside our immediate service area typically
arrive
in 3-5 business days.
*Delivery times and transit days will vary. Please use Quick Rates for specific delivery information.

for
each attempt.
