• Friday, December 23rd: Normal pickups & deliveries
• Saturday, December 24th: Christmas Eve - Normal deliveries
• Sunday, December 25th: Closed Christmas Day - No pickups or deliveries
• Monday, December 26th: Closed - No pickups or deliveries
• Tuesday, December 27th: Normal pickups & deliveries

Customer Service

On Tuesday December 27th, Customer Service will resume normal business hours. They will be available from 6:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. PST

Closing Early?

If your business is closing before your scheduled pickup time on any of the previously listed dates please call 800.334.5000. For special pickup arrangements, complete this form and hand it to your OnTrac driver or fax to the number listed on the form.

Drop Box Service

Many Drop Boxes will have a last pickup time that is earlier than normal. Please check your local drop box a few days prior to December 23th for the posted last pickup time.

There will be no Drop Box pickups on December 25th or 26th.

• Sunday, January 1st: Closed - New Year's Day. No pickups or deliveries
• Monday, January 2nd: Closed - No pickups or deliveries
• Tuesday, January 3rd: Normal pickups & deliveries
