Meet Joe. Today's the day all the blood, sweat, tears, nights, weekends and fast-food diet finally pay off. They loved his widget, they loved his pitch. All that's left is the pricing proposal he shipped last night. Joe's one "yes" away from a permanent Hawaiian vacation and an exclusive MTV cribs episode, for sure.
If Joe could only be so lucky. Instead, decision-maker Bob is calling wondering why the financial masterpiece hasn't arrived yet. "That's weird, I got the email notification that it was delivered this morning at 8:00 AM," Joe says. Bob concludes, "Sorry Joe, Gladys in Receiving says she hasn't seen it."
All of a sudden, Joe's head fills with thoughts that "we'll buy" could easily turn into "we'll pass," setting him back to square one...again.
No worries Joe, OnTrac has you covered. All you need to do is log in to your WebOnTrac account to see that Steve (not Gladys) signed for the package. And, you don't just see Steve's name, but his actual digital signature. You're back in control Joe.
"Bob, could you check with Steve? I'm looking at the delivery details and it looks like he signed for the package this morning at 8:00 AM. I'm sure it's there somewhere."
Turns out Steve was hanging out at Receiving while Gladys was on her coffee break. More importantly, he knows exactly where he put the package.
Long story short: Bob finds the package, loves the pricing and orders so many widgets that Joe immediately begins to wonder if grass skirts come in extra large. Aloha!
