• Friday, May 24th: Normal Pickups & Deliveries.
• Saturday, May 25th: Normal Deliveries.
• Monday, May 27th: Memorial Day. Closed - No Pickups or Deliveries.
• Tuesday, May 28th: Normal Pickups & Deliveries.

Customer Service

On Tuesday May 28th, Customer Service will resume normal business hours. They will be available from 6:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. PST

Closing Early?

If your business is closing before your scheduled pickup time on any of the previously listed dates please call 800.334.5000. For special pickup arrangements, complete this form and hand it to your OnTrac service provider or fax to the number listed on the form.

Drop Box Service

Many Drop Boxes will have a last pickup time that is earlier than normal. Please check your local drop box a few days prior to May 24th for the posted last pickup time.

There will be no Drop Box pickups on May 27th.
